Granny 2 Unblocked: Chapter Two Adds A Second Set Of Ears
Granny alone was already hard to predict. Chapter Two doubles that problem and never lets you forget it.
That’s the real shift in DVloper’s sequel, and it’s why so many players search for Granny 2 Unblocked to run it straight from a browser. You’re moved to Grandpa’s house this time, and instead of tracking one set of footsteps you’re tracking two, each moving differently and reacting to different things. Play it now at grannygameunblocked.com.
Moved To Grandpa’s House
Dizzy, another dark room, the same headache from the first game that never really went away. Granny and Grandpa share the house now, and you’ve got five days to find what unlocks a front door covered in bolts. Grandpa doesn’t hear as well as Granny does, but he’s fast and he hits hard if he catches you looking at him. Avoiding him is less about staying silent and more about staying out of his line of sight.
Sound tells you where they are without needing to see them. Running water means Granny’s in the kitchen. Piano notes mean she’s in the living room. A scraping, chewing sound out back means Slendrina’s Child has her attention in the yard.
DVloper (Dennis Vukanovic) launched the game on Android on September 6, 2019, iOS a day after, and the Steam version followed that December.
Controls
- WASD: move through the house
- Mouse: look around and aim
- Left click: interact, pick up items, fire a weapon
- Shift: crouch and move quietly
- Tab: check your one carried item
Same one-slot inventory as the first house. Grabbing something still means deciding what you’re willing to leave behind for it.
How the Pressure Builds
Two threats in one house changes the math completely. Granny still reacts to noise the instant she hears it, but Grandpa can be pulled off course with a dropped vase or a knocked-over object, which buys a short window to slip past wherever he was standing. Getting spotted by either one isn’t automatically the end. A slammed door or a fast dive under a bed can still save a run. Getting spotted by both at once, though, rarely goes well.
Getting caught costs a day rather than ending the run outright, so the five-day clock keeps tightening every time a close call goes wrong.
Items and Difficulty
The Weapon Key opens a safe in the Secret Closet holding the shotgun, and a stun gun shows up in some presets too, both better for creating distance than winning a straight fight. The microwave in the kitchen hides a rotating item depending on the run’s preset, though opening its door makes enough noise to pull Granny toward the kitchen. Item locations cycle through five presets total, so a spot that had something useful last run might be empty this time.
Difficulty runs on the same scale as the first game, Practice through Extreme, and it changes both characters at once rather than just one.
Difficulty
- Practice: Neither Granny nor Grandpa is present
- Easy: Both move slower, fewer locks overall
- Normal: The standard first real attempt
- Hard: Faster movement, sharper hearing
- Extreme: Fastest pace, the most locks, least room for error
There’s more than the front door to work with too. A boat sits in the sewer beneath the basement and needs its own set of parts, and a helicopter escape becomes available once enough of the harder-to-reach items are found. Security cameras placed around the house let you check where Granny and Grandpa are before committing to a route, which matters more here than it ever did in the first game.
Why the Tension Doesn’t Let Up
Chapter Two earns its pressure from constantly updating a mental map of two moving threats instead of one, and that habit doesn’t wear off the way tracking a single predictable patrol eventually does.
It runs the moment the tab loads too, so playing Granny 2 Unblocked on a school Chromebook works with no install screen standing between you and the first attempt.
Circled back through the kitchen twice waiting for the piano notes to start again before risking the drawer near the sink.
Five Moves That Keep You Alive
Move One: Learn the sound cues. Running water or piano tells you which room to avoid before you round the corner.
Move Two: Knock over a vase to pull Grandpa toward it and clear a path somewhere else.
Move Three: Open the Secret Closet and any vents early. They double as safe spots to fire on either enemy without being reached back.
Move Four: Shut doors while being chased. It slows both of them down more than it seems like it should.
Move Five: Treat item locations as something that shifts between presets, not something fixed, and search with that in mind instead of relying on last run’s memory.
Where This Fits In the Series
Anyone browsing granny unblocked games in general, or landing here through unblocked granny searches, will find both the original Granny and this sequel on the same site. If Grandpa’s house feels like a step up from the first, Granny 3 Unblocked goes further still with a third character added to the chase.
